Will treating my engine with Zx1 Micro Oil Metal Treatment affect my warranty?

Many manufactures advise against using oil additives because they change the characteristics of the oil recommended by them for that particular engine. ZX1 Micro Oil Metal Treatment, is not an oil additive, it does not change the characteristics of the oil, it only uses it as a carrier to get to the bare metal wearing surfaces. As such we see no reason why your warranty should be affected.
